Printing is by Debdens Security Print of Essex. The card will be issued on 13 June 1987 to coincide with the opening of the international exhibition Capex 87 which runs to 21 June. It will bear the 31p and 34p values of the Flowers issue, and the design of the card is also related to the Flowers issue. All the stamps will be cancelled "Royal Mail Exhibition Card No 1, Edinburgh, 13 June 1987" and will be on sale from the British Philatelic Bureau and British Post Office stands at designated exhibitions at home and overseas for 12 months.
